     KODI is a completely legal shareware that needs only an internet connection and A device to run it. An older desktop PC is ideal but any PC, laptop, mini-pc or even an Android phone that you no longer use. Of course, the device will need a tv hookup of some time to hookup to your television such as an HDMI, VGA or RGB connection. This is 100% LEGAL and easily loaded. It does require some simple programming, but without any coding. The base program is easily loaded and can also turn your old devices into dedicated media centers complete with download capability and storage for music, TV, Movies and even your pictures. I

    PC savvy people have known about this for 13 years or so. They've developed it and made it more user friendly. itbis still ansystem that requires updating every month or so because that's how often new add-ons are released.
